You will manage external counsel, support the Corporate Secretariat, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury and Risk teams on policy and compliance issues. The role encompasses advising on regulatory, transactional and governance matters, leading sustainability reviews, and coordinating director and trustee appointment
