As a Security Officer, you oversee casino security while supporting a comfortable environment. You monitor gaming operations under provincial regulations, applicable laws, policies, and procedures. Your work includes access control, alarm monitoring, investigations, reporting, First Aid, and medical attention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a visible presence across the gaming floor
- Respond quickly to guest inquiries and security needs
- Control facility access, especially sensitive areas
- Monitor alarm panels and control and issue keys
- Write reports, maintain logs, and conduct investigations

Requirements:

- Minimum six months of security experience
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Solid customer service, communication, and analytical skills
- Gaming Security Officer training or valid BC Security License
- Serving It Right certificate before starting
