The role includes customer interaction, minor maintenance, membership suggestions, and incident reporting. Hosts complete scheduled tasks, communications, and training while following Fit4Less guidelines, procedures, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests warmly with greetings and thanks
- Clean and tidy the club according to established standards
- Explain memberships, amenities, automation, and club processes
- Promote Black Card amenities and membership options
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns appropriately
Requirements:
- High School diploma or progress toward completion
- One year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS certification
- First Aid, CPR-A, and AED certification
