Build data products in Vancouver with RBC Amplify, applying data engineering and modern data science techniques in a full time summer program.

As a Data Engineer, you will collaborate within a cross-functional team addressing real RBC business challenges. The program welcomes students graduating between August 2027 and June 2028. You will combine programming, databases, data transformation, cleaning, mining, and modern data science techniques while developing a product for stakeholder presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Immerse yourself in a business challenge collaboratively
- Design and deliver a fully functional prototype
- Design, troubleshoot, and develop your product
- Work with experts, mentors, and executive sponsors




- Present your project and develop its strategy

Requirements:

- Current post-secondary enrollment with specified graduation dates
- Understanding of programming languages, databases, and development tools
- Experience transforming, engineering, cleaning, and mining data
- Experience applying modern data science techniques
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
