As a Ground Handler Lead, you provide hands-on leadership for arrivals and departures while supporting aircraft service. The position reports to the General Manager and requires ground handling experience, AVOP, and a restricted area pass. You will coordinate agents, equipment, baggage, aircraft cleaning, de-icing,



and operational records while following airline procedures and Transport Canada rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily ground handling operations for arrivals and departures
• Brief agents and confirm anticipated roles for each flight
• Drive ramp equipment and marshal or wing walk aircraft
• Load baggage, service aircraft, and complete cabin grooming
• Record operations, inspections, de-icing, and equipment issues

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of ground handling experience
• Valid restricted area pass and AVOP D/A
• Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
• Completed required airline training programs
• Safe work habits and personal on-time performance
