Write and research for RedPoint Media in Calgary through a hybrid editorial internship focused on Avenue, The Scene, and digital content.

This full-time contract internship runs through March 31, 2027, with on-the-job training in magazine publishing. You will support award-winning city lifestyle publications and custom client projects. The work combines writing, editing, fact-checking, interviewing, and content creation for social media, newsletters, and web.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write, research, fact-check, and interview for editorial content
- Create digital content for social media, newsletters, and web
- Participate in brainstorming and magazine editorial processes
- Provide administrative assistance to the editorial team
- Support photo shoots and other assigned duties

Requirements:

- Effective writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Solid communication and exceptional time-management skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Mac OS
- WordPress, ClickUp, or photography experience is an asset
- Less than two years of related work experience
