The Role,Your ImpactReporting to theProduction Manager, the incumbent is responsible for planning,organizing, directing, and monitoring all production activitiesrelated to the department to which they are assigned. Morespecifically, the main challenges of the roleinclude: Coordinating productionactivities; Ensuring the efficient use of laborand equipment; Taking actions to achieveoperational efficiency goals; Ensuringcompliance with the company's policies, procedures, andregulations; Monitoring and improvingdepartmental performance andeffectiveness; Applying and enforcing healthand safety regulations; Applying and ensuringcompliance with HACCP and SQFprograms; Participating in continuousimprovement committees andinitiatives.



YourStrengths for thePosition 2 to 3 yearsof experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturingenvironment (unionized environment considered an asset), orequivalent experience; Education inadministration, production, or personnel management would be anasset; Proficiency with Microsoft Officeapplications (Word and Excel); Ability to buildstrong qualified and interpersonalrelationships; Strong interpersonalskills,with demonstrated listeningabilities; Solution-oriented mindset focused onproblem-solving and continuousimprovement; Strong planning and organizationalskills; Demonstrates a high level ofprofessional integrity andethics.
