Drive digital campaign optimization at Rogers in Toronto, using personalization and testing across email, push, web, and mobile channels. This full time corporate role works onsite. Reporting to the Senior Manager, MarTech & Campaign Optimization, you will lead end-to-end campaign delivery across Rogers, Fido, and Chatr. The work combines audience segmentation, campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, and customer experience optimization. You will coordinate with Marketing, Analytics, Data Engineering, Digital Product, Privacy, and Technology teams. Key Responsibilities:

Build, segment, quality-assure, launch, and monitor digital campaigns Execute personalized web and mobile experiences across channels Plan A/B and multivariate testing programs Analyze engagement, conversion, delivery, and customer impact Improve standards, workflows,



and release readiness practices Requirements:

Five-plus years in digital campaigns, automation, lifecycle marketing, or optimization Hands-on Braze, Salesforce, or Adobe Campaign Classic experience Adobe Target experimentation and audience targeting experience Understanding of segmentation, customer data, identity, and activation logic Campaign analytics experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, or Databricks Bring campaign delivery, personalization, experimentation, and analytics expertise to Rogers’ digital customer experiences in Toronto.
