We are hiring Temporary Part-Time Member Services Specialists for our Evo Call Centre team! This is a fully remote work from home opportunity with a contract ending September 30, 2027. As a Member Services Specialist, youll play an important role in creating positive member experiences by solving problems, answering questions, and helping members navigate everything from account issues and bookings to claims‑related support. This is more than a traditional customer service role. Youll work across multiple areas of the business, collaborate with teams throughout Evo, and help keep our members moving. What Youll Do

• Support members across phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Help resolve member questions, concerns, and account‑related issues with care and efficiency.
• Take ownership of escalated situations and work toward positive outcomes for both members and the business.
• Support day‑to‑day operational activities including billing, registrations, reimbursements, open rentals, reporting, and account maintenance.
• Assist with claims‑related processes, including reviewing incident information, communicating with members,
  
  
  
  and supporting administrative follow‑up.
• Partner with internal teams including Fleet, Claims, Operations, and Member Experience to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Support vendors and external partners when needed.
• Contribute ideas and feedback that improve processes and enhance the member experience.
• Assist with special projects, campaigns, and initiatives that support Evos growth and success.
• Help ensure every member interaction reflects the Evo brand and experience.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, member support, contact centres, or similar service‑focused environments.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling complex customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced setting where priorities can shift quickly.
• Experience using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
• A typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Knowledge of the Greater Vancouver area is considered an asset.
• Flexibility to support a business that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The hourly rate range for this position is $24.82 to $31.03 and is determined via job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
