As a Client Service Associate, you will work with Investment Advisors within BMO Private Wealth’s team-based wealth management model. Support day-to-day client needs through account activity, investment information, trade execution, and personalized service. Coordinate reviews and maintain accurate documentation while connecting clients with broader Wealth solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted contact for investment and account needs
• Prepare and coordinate client portfolio review meetings

• Monitor assets and identify activity requiring follow-up
• Connect clients with broader BMO Wealth solutions

Requirements:

• Current CIRO Investment Representative licensing
• Three to five years of relevant experience typically expected
• Strong knowledge of client accounts and investment procedures
• Solid attention to detail and multiple-priority management
• Financial or retirement planning knowledge is an asset
