The practice also serves mining and resource clients across evolving regulatory landscapes. Your work will combine commercial agreements, public offerings, private placements, corporate governance, and practical client guidance. Key Responsibilities:



Provide commercial legal support to gaming and technology clients Support founder-related matters and corporate finance transactions Advise on regulatory requirements and compliance considerations Liaise with securities regulators and stock exchanges Contribute to client development and strategic initiatives Requirements: Four to eight years in securities and corporate finance law Public M&A experience with transaction leadership Experience with direct listings, RTOs, CPCs, and financings TSX-V and CSE transaction familiarity Team-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and networking willingness Use your technology-sector, corporate finance, and regulatory knowledge to counsel growing clients through complex business matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
