This experienced Construction Estimator owns bids from takeoff through award, reporting to the Chief Estimator. You will estimate earthworks, underground utilities, road building, and site servicing projects. The work spans commercial, industrial, and municipal construction, requiring robust knowledge of drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents. Key Responsibilities:

Review plans, specifications, and tender documents Build quantity takeoffs, including electronic earthworks modeling Solicit supplier and subcontractor quotes Prepare cost estimates and pricing strategies Submit tenders, proposals, and change orders Requirements:

Five or more years of civil estimating experience Diploma or degree in a related field Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and contracts Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license Apply civil estimating expertise, electronic takeoffs, and bid leadership to commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
