We are a friendly family in Whitby, Ontario, looking for a caring, reliable, and energetic part time nanny to help care for our two children, an 11-month-old boy and a nearly 4-year-old girl.

Schedule and compensation 1–2 afternoons per week, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM Flexible weekdays depending on your availability $25/hour, negotiable between $20–$30 based on experience and qualifications No school pickups or transportation required.

About the role We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and can create a warm, safe, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and caring for both children
• Planning fun, age-appropriate activities, crafts, games, and outdoor play
• Helping with snacks, feeding, and diaper changes
• Encouraging learning, creativity, and developmental milestones
• Light tidying related to the children’s activities

Our ideal candidate We would love to find someone who is kind, patient, dependable,



and comfortable caring for a baby and preschooler together. University or college students are very welcome! Were particularly interested in someone with a flexible schedule who might be looking for a consistent part-time opportunity alongside their studies.

French-speaking candidates are especially encouraged to apply. Wed love for our daughter to develop an interest in French through conversation, songs, stories, and play. You dont need to be a formal French teacher.

Previous childcare experience is important, particularly with infants. CPR/first aid certification, references, and a background check are strongly preferred. Above all, were looking for someone who will develop a genuine connection with our children and become a familiar, trusted presence in their lives.
