Support process improvement and governance as Moderna’s Operational Excellence Intern in Toronto, working at least 70% in-office from May to August 2027.

This full-time internship supports continuous improvement across Moderna’s Canadian operations. You will work with Strategy & Operational Excellence, Federal Affairs & Policy, and Legal & Compliance. The experience includes workflow documentation, policy development, business continuity, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review workflows and document current-state operational processes
• Map processes and develop procedures, templates, and trackers
• Support corporate policy updates, implementation,

• Organize governance documentation and track compliance actions
• Coordinate improvement projects, milestones, and meeting materials

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree
• Interest in operational excellence, governance, or compliance
• Solid communication, organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
• Proactive, independent, detail-oriented approach to assignments
• Microsoft 365 and Teams proficiency
