Honda Canada’s Account Services department seeks a Recovery Representative reporting to the Supervisor, Account Services. You will act as a trusted advisor while minimizing credit loss for HCFI. The work includes recovery processes, insurance tracking, bankruptcies, and high-risk account support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide payment solutions for past-due customer accounts
• Handle recovery, bankruptcy, total loss, and insurance processes
• Research vehicle values and negotiate insurance offers

Requirements:
