and builds partnerships to improve care.Demonstrates research and evaluation expertise; applies evidence effectively.QualificationsMaster's degree in nursing.5+ years of experience in nursing, mental health, and addictions.Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.Advanced clinical expertise in mental health and addictions (e.G., CPR, Crisis Intervention Training).Demonstrated leadership, program development and education skills.Experienced/knowledgeable in research and evaluation principles.Proficiency in Office 365, data analysis tools (SPSS, NVIVO), and EHR systems (Meditech, EPIC).Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.Research, teaching and consulting skillsExcellent communication skills – oral & writtenProven ability in working effectively with all members of health care teamAbility to determine feasibility of potential research, educational or clinical initiativesCritical thinking and problem-solvingLanguage RequirementsEnglish level A- is mandatory in oral expression, oral comprehension, reading comprehension and written expression. Bilingual (French/English) is preferred.
