This short-term contract oversees Christmas Kettle activity throughout an assigned geographical zone. The supervisor visits sites, supports shift changes, answers donor questions about Salvation Army ministries, and keeps campaign operations organized. The work requires customer service, communication, flexibility, and dependable documentation while supporting volunteers and daily timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orient volunteers on Kettle handling and duties
- Visit locations during shift changes and intermittently
- Remain at Kettles until properly relieved




- Answer donor questions about Salvation Army programs
- Participate in recruiting recent volunteers
