Support You Move Me’s United States locations as a Financial Accountant from Codix Management Ltd.’s Vancouver office. Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.

This Corporate Accountant role owns full-cycle accounting for 8+ corporately owned moving locations. You will maintain clean books, complete month-end close, and provide reports operators and executives use. The position partners with Codix’s CFO, Director of Finance, Corporate Administrator, and finance team across multi-entity operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare subsidiary financial statements and support group consolidation reporting
- Close the month and deliver location-level financial reports
- Analyze variances and explain results beyond the numbers
- Maintain corporate records, supporting schedules,



and working papers
- Support audits, United States sales tax, and corporate tax filings

Requirements:

- Two to four years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proven month-end closing and deadline-based reporting experience
- Financial statement preparation and results analysis experience
- United States payroll, sales tax, or multi-state accounting experience preferred
- CPA designation or active progress toward one is an asset
