This Financial Planner position develops and deepens relationships within the mass affluent market. You will provide investment and financial planning advice, identify prospects, and establish business development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive investment sales and acquire recent clients
- Identify referrals and investment solutions for client needs
- Contact prospects proactively to develop future opportunities
- Deliver community information sessions and financial seminars
- Manage independent marketing activities within a small budget
Requirements:
- Three years in financial planning and investment sales
- Investments Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course
- Personal Financial Planning or Certified Financial Planner designation
- Experience building and maintaining Centres of Influence
- Knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements
