This Quality Assurance Coordinator position supports systems used in steel threaded and forged fastener manufacturing. You will manage certificates, coordinate audits, organize risk and chance assessments, and train employees on applicable standards. The work also includes responding to requests for special test reports, compliance surveys, and coating certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep supplier quality system certificates current
- Manage product and service certificates from suppliers
- Organize risk and opportunity assessment meetings
- Coordinate internal and external audit planning
- Respond to specific client documentation requests
Requirements:
- Related college or university degree
- Experience with quality management systems
- Participation in audits
- Automotive manufacturing experience is an asset
- Ability to mobilize people and complete scheduled tasks
