Position ScopeCharlottetown Metal Products (CMP) is seeking a motivated Health & Safety Coordinator to support a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. This role offers hands‐on experience in occupational health and safety, assisting with safety programs, training, workplace inspections, incident management, regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and continuously improve CMP's health and safety programs, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Lead onboarding, safety training, certification programs, and record management training.Manage workplace inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.Manage WCB claims, return-to-work programs, safety reporting, and health and safety records.Manage Joint Health & Safety Committee activities, including meetings, inspections, records, and action tracking.Manage employee travel arrangements, and compliance‐related administrative processes.Partner with employees and leadership to promote a safety‐first culture through engagement, communication,
