resolving escalated guest concerns, and serving as a role model for operational leadershipOther duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, operations management or related field, preferredCPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtainIdeal ExperienceA minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in themed entertainment, attractions, hospitality, or tourismProven ability to manage high-volume guest flow in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentUnderstanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow managementWorking knowledge of safety regulations, operational procedures, and guest experience strategiesPhysical DemandsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsMust be able to move throughout the attraction, including climbing stairs, navigating backstage areas and accessig elevated or confined spacesOccasional lifting, pushing or pulling items up to 40lbs (e.G equipment, supplies and promotional materials)Comfortable working in varying conditions including low lighting, loud environments, and around motion-based simulation equipmentManual dexterity to operate equipment, use handheld devices,
