Shared Health seeks a Registered Nurse for Adult ER - HSC 2, working in person on days and nights at 0.50 FTE. The RN provides skilled services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs. Responsibilities include treatments, care coordination, discharge support,



and healthcare team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional registered nursing services to patients
• Administer prescribed medical treatments independently
• Coordinate patient care and discharge processes
• Lead within the healthcare team
• Respond to simultaneous clinical demands

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program
• Maintain registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
• Hold Healthcare Provider level CPR training
• Complete Emergency Nursing Orientation training levels
• Demonstrate critical thinking and communication skills
