This Assistant Produce Manager supports departmental strategies and stated performance objectives while helping deliver exceptional customer service. You will coordinate operational details, promote protected food handling, and support team development. The position combines office administration with hands-on department responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate merchandising and product rotation
• Maintain adequate staffing coverage and department cleanliness
• Promote Safe Food Handling and Health and Safety compliance
• Assist with related duties supporting store success

Requirements:

• Minimum one year progressively responsible supervisory experience
• Business post-secondary program or equivalent education and experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Clear, professional communication and analytical skills
• English fluency; French language skills are an asset
