Private markets operations expertise meets transaction oversight at CPP Investments, with advanced Excel and accounting controls central to this onsite contract assignment. As an Associate, Private & Alternative Asset Operations, you will support accurate execution, servicing, and reporting for private market investments. This 12-month contract reports to the Manager, Private and Alternative Asset Operations. You will collaborate across Investment Departments, Tax, Treasury, Finance, external asset managers, and other partners while supporting private equity, infrastructure, and sustainable energies activities. Key Responsibilities:

Record, fund, and settle investment transactions accurately and promptly Review documents for new investment onboarding completeness Manage capital calls, distributions, entries,



and authorization controls Support valuations, reconciliations, portfolio, and P&L; reporting Lead workflow optimization, automation, and control improvements Requirements:

Finance, Commerce, or related undergraduate degree Five to seven years of relevant experience Understanding of private assets and settlement systems Advanced Excel, analytical, financial, and accounting skills CPA or CFA designation is an asset Apply private asset knowledge, transaction controls, valuation analysis, and cooperative judgment across CPP Investments’ global operations.
