Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan is seeking a Business Improvement Lead for its growing McIlvenna Bay team. The role coordinates performance, productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness initiatives across the operation. You will develop dashboards, support annual goals, and help leaders and employees adopt improved processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting processes
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate goals, performance measures, and accountabilities with leaders
- Prepare performance reviews, concise reports, and leadership presentations




- Coach leaders and employees in continuous improvement practices

Requirements:

- Minimum eight years in mining, business improvement, or operational excellence
- Experience with performance management and improvement tracking
- Solid meeting, workshop, and structured problem-solving facilitation
- Experience with change management and business process improvement
- Power BI or other reporting tool experience is an asset
