As Content Lead, you will report to the Head of GTM and manage ideas through execution and distribution. Your work will support Chatbase’s AI agent platform with product launch videos, founder content, customer stories, paid social creative, and employee-generated content. The role suits someone who follows current platform patterns, studies effective work, and cares deeply about AI and startups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop content concepts for Chatbase’s social channels
- Carry projects from initial idea through final cut
- Distribute content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more




- Film customer stories on location and produce launch videos
- Test performance and prioritize what works best

Requirements:

- Solid awareness of current platform-specific content trends
- Ability to explain why excellent content succeeds
- Passion for artificial intelligence and startup companies
- Comfort shooting and editing, or learning quickly
- Availability for five in-office days in downtown Toronto
