The Senior Project Architect provides technical direction and project management oversight within a multidisciplinary environment. You will maintain client relationships, coordinate professional staff and sub-consultants, and align design solutions with program, budget, schedule, codes, and client objectives. Projects may include healthcare, education, federal, civic, science, and research facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish client relations and participate in project meetings
- Lead presentations, charrettes, consultations, and design reviews
- Track project finances and adjust team efforts




- Coordinate addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders
- Provide construction contract administration when required

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Architecture preferred
- Ten or more years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Robust knowledge of codes and planning skills
