This Facilities & Maintenance Manager oversees regular maintenance, seasonal start-up and shutdown, environmental compliance, and contractor activity. The role combines hands-on management with budgeting, forecasting, hiring, scheduling, training, and performance accountability. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate annual start-up and shutdown of Icefield facilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and facility safety

Requirements:

- Hands-on management approach with hiring experience
- Experience managing employee performance and workplace conflict
- Power engineering or another trade is a definite asset

- Ability to delegate effectively across a team exceeding 18 people
