This Project Manager/Estimator position combines tender preparation, contract review, financial management, and project coordination. Houle seeks an energetic, business-savvy skilled with electrical project management or estimating experience. You will help manage purchasing, billing, schedules, labour, deficiencies, estimate changes, and project risk while maintaining strong relationships across the project network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate service projects and change orders
- Submit tenders and review contract conditions
- Manage project billing, purchasing, schedules, and labour
- Mitigate project risk,
deficiencies, and estimate changes
- Coordinate stakeholders to meet budget and expectations
Requirements:
- Two years electrical project management or estimating experience
- Commercial electrical service experience preferred
- Electrical trade, engineering, or technologist qualification
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Accubid, Procore, Teams, and Microsoft Office experience assets
