Limbic’s AI assesses patients for US healthcare providers and recommends treatment programs for clinical review. You will productize LLM features, improve evaluation, and maintain systems across diverse organizational configurations. Daily work includes collaboration with North American product, engineering, and clinical colleagues, plus London’s ML team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve checks for risk, manipulation, unsafe advice, and inappropriate responses
- Build agents and tooling for development workflows
- Extend assessment AI to phone and other channels
- Turn clinical AI into composable partner services
- Raise engineering standards through architecture and mentorship
Requirements:
- Product LLM expertise with strong eval-driven development background
- Expert Python and TypeScript or JavaScript skills
- Proven LLM agent harness development experience
- Reinforcement learning and statistical LLM evaluation understanding
- Version control, databases, cloud, and containerization experience
