Bayshore Healthcare needs a Program Manager skilled in healthcare operations, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication. The work supports pharmaceutical patient services remotely.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Program Manager directs day-to-day operations for assigned Patient Support Programs. You will coordinate contractual services, program protocols, audits, reporting, and employee management. The position also supports pharmaceutical partnerships, business cases, revenue-generating programs, and quarterly business reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders around program requirements
- Develop policies, procedures, scripting, work instructions, and process flows
- Support audits, quality reviews, incident reporting, and corrective improvements
- Coordinate recruitment, orientation, coaching,



workload planning, and retention
- Directly manage employees delivering compliant, high-quality patient care

Requirements:

- Three years’ management experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Ability to interpret policies and integrate operational procedures
- Understanding of program development, implementation, evaluation, and service delivery
- Exemplary written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a quiet remote workplace
