Direct resort security operations at Blue Mountain Resort, combining team leadership, conflict resolution, and emergency response. This full time, year-round position requires evenings, nights, and weekends.

Reporting to the Director, Emergency Services, the Resort Security Operations Manager leads frontline Security and Parking teams. The role maintains a visible resort presence, supports guests, investigates incidents, and ensures policy and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with police, fire, EMS, and community partners is central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, schedule, and lead frontline security personnel
- Maintain visible presence and address guest concerns throughout resort
- Resolve conflicts and confidently de-escalate challenging situations




- Lead incident investigations, documentation, communication, and follow-up
- Build working relationships with police, fire, EMS, and partners

Requirements:

- Progressive safety, security, or emergency management experience
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License required
- Valid Ontario Driver License required
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certified training
