This manager oversees the Coupa Enablement and Administration team while guiding localized policy design, deployment, and adoption. Responsibilities span user training, process governance, supplier coordination, analytics, and stakeholder partnerships. The position supports consistent service for MVH hospitals and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deploy localized Procure-to-Pay policies across EMEA
- Guide hospitals through Coupa transitions and platform adoption
- Train, coach, and develop hospital and internal users
- Establish workflows and best practices for item maintenance
- Build Coupa reports, analytics, and strategic process roadmaps

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of Coupa experience required
- Eight-plus years’ procurement experience required
- Progressive project management experience required
- Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, and development experience
- Healthcare background preferred
