Strengthen Loblaw Companies Limited’s Supply Chain operations as a Senior Systems Analyst focused on WMS platforms, testing, and process improvement. Travel within Canada may reach 30% annually.

This position bridges technical teams and Business Operations across WMS initiatives. You will support requirements gathering, functional design, system build, deployment, and hypercare. The role also addresses operational data, defects, incidents, user assistance, and system documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate WMS issues and operational data for optimization
- Perform data validation and contribute to functional designs
- Coordinate collaboration between IT and business stakeholders
- Diagnose complex issues with IT and Data teams




- Provide end-user coaching, assistance, and training

Requirements:

- Two to three years of relevant Supply Chain or systems experience
- Related university degree or college diploma
- SQL or other database technology experience is an asset
- Robust analytical and root-cause problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
