The Propulsion Industrialisation Expert supports propulsion subsystem and equipment activities across EP and CP technologies. Based at the Harwell site in Oxford, this role covers Phases A to E for recurring Thales Alenia Space satellite programmes. You will bridge industrialisation teams and project teams while coordinating technical, manufacturing, and supplier requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define build and test requirements early in design development
- Act as technical contact for propulsion MAIT and architecture
- Interface with customers, PMO, AIT, procurement, and subsystem experts
- Support Belfast facility capability and production capacity planning
- Manage supplier development, audits, issues, and corrective actions
Requirements:
- Proven propulsion technical industrialisation experience
- Solid MAIT experience and IVVQ understanding
- Demonstrated supplier management and procurement support experience
- Technical and delivery issue resolution experience with suppliers
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills
