You will collaborate with engagement managers, practice leaders, Human Capital, and Talent teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate staff assignments using availability, skills, targets, and requirements
• Maintain staffing pipelines, schedules, and future resource needs
• Update skills inventories, certifications, and capability databases

• Monitor utilization, billability, workloads, and timekeeping compliance

Requirements:

• Fluent bilingual English and French communication
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Two to three years of relevant experience is an asset
• Professional services or consulting experience preferred
• Robust Excel, reporting, analytical, and organizational skills
