Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today's rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :**Contribute to the exploitation and enhancement of data collected through different channels; Extract, describe, analyze and interpret data to facilitate business decision-making; Interpretthe organization's master and reference data and ensure the quality of the data delivered by the execution teams; Support clientsin the context of intervention mandates and the development of analytical solutions; Design reports adapted to business needs by exploiting available data; Participate in the realization of complex business files and projects requiring in-depth analysis and detailed knowledge of the business field; Develop recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization's directions and objectives; Act as a resource person for the exploitation and valorization of data with the various stakeholders; Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand needs, present analysis results and communicate them. **The profile you are looking for is as follows:**Possess a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience; Experience withtools and best practices for data analysis, transformation, and loading; Experience withAgile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban; Be proficient in SAS and DAX languages; Knowledgeof databases and SQL; Use PowerBI, EBX, and Excel; Demonstrate excellent communication and outreach skills; Meticulousness,attention to detail and robust analytical skills; Possess astrategic mindset and the ability to make quality decisions; Knowledgeof data security principles, including access patterns and data protection (an asset); Accept a hybridwork arrangement that requires on-site presence two days a week.
