Our work often involves representing individuals against large institutions and insurers, ensuring that legal advocacy is available to everyone, regardless of their financial resources. As a personal injury firm, we sue large corporations on behalf of people who generally lack power. Our goal is to provide legal services that only the wealthiest people can afford to anyone regardless of their ability to pay. As an associate lawyer at Preszler, you will work in a wide range of personal injury and civil litigation matters. This includes personal injury files, premises liability cases, disability denials, institutional abuse claims if you have interest in this work, and product liability claims. and, an interest in personal injury law as a calling to help vulnerable and deserving clients by providing access to justice.
