Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
Two or more years managing or supervising retail teams Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives Fashion knowledge, style sense, and awareness of trends High school diploma and POS, ERP, ATS, Office proficiency Bring fashion leadership, team coaching, KPI knowledge, and customer service expertise to PENN.
