Responsibilities include food preparation, inventory management, receiving deliveries, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, completing opening and closing procedures, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering a positive guest experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for cleaning walk in fridge & freezer, oven, and baking stationResponsible for receiving and stock deliveriesResponsible for opening and/or closing checklist, as well as necessary reportsResponsible for weekly inventories, stocking and other tracking reportsAssist with cooking duties and prep workBe familiar and able to follow HACCP/QA standards for food preparationEnsure adherence to human resource and health/safety policies, as well as all other Compass policiesKnow, understand and comply with all relevant operational standards and procedures that are currentInteract with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly,
