Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Early Phase Program Management to lead the strategic and operational execution of late-stage oncology and early-phase trials. You will partner with Clinical Development leadership to shape study design, feasibility, and budgets, ensuring timely, within-scope project delivery across global sites.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will drive governance processes, vendor partnerships, and capability building while fostering a
