Manage retail pharmacy operations at Shoppers Drug Mart, combining medication dispensing with inventory and workflow oversight in Coquitlam. This full time position supports daily Pharmacy service.
The Pharmacy Manager oversees customer service, dispensary access, medication orders, and controlled-substance documentation. You will practice within legal requirements, protect confidentiality, and communicate with health care professionals. The position also includes financial reports, incident reporting, store communications, and maintaining an appropriate Pharmacy image.
Key Responsibilities: Control dispensary access and protect patient confidentiality
Review daily workflow queues and will-call bins
Monitor stock levels, expired inventory,



and medication orders
Maintain controlled-substance records and required reporting
File medication or privacy incident reports
Requirements: Ability to plan, coordinate, and delegate assignments
Ability to coach Pharmacy colleagues
Ability to drive and build the business
Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements
Health and Safety procedure compliance
