As Senior Manager, Technical Program Management, you will develop program managers and lead cross-functional teams across systems, hardware, firmware, software, testing, and supply chain operations. You will drive strategic initiatives and solutions from concept through deployment for compact wearables and AI solutions serving enterprise operations. The work includes defining products, validating requirements, and aligning business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams from concept definition through deployment
Develop program managers across organizational levels
Drive requirements validation, architecture specification, and governance compliance
Balance scope, schedule,
budget, quality, and performance
Lead integration planning, release management, demonstrations, and pilots
Requirements: Engineering background supporting complex technical programs
Proven functional leadership ability in program management
Experience coordinating software and hardware development activities
Ability to address regulatory compliance and development budget requirements
Availability onsite three days weekly in Mississauga
