The Assistant Manager works with the Manager to supervise shifts and daily operations at The McMurray Group’s A&W Restaurants. You will support guest experience, financial performance, team development, food safety, and operational standards. The position requires restaurant management experience and English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise shifts and daily restaurant operations
• Balance food quality, service speed, satisfaction, and costs
• Schedule staff and oversee shift deployment

Requirements:

• Five years’ restaurant management experience within ten years
• Secondary school certificate or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Basic or Intermediate First Aid certification
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
