Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. A minimum of five (5) years' legal practice experience. Robust understanding of commercial contracting principles and general business law Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A practical, business-oriented approach to legal advice. Experience with either Commercial work (drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements); Practical related in-house and/or private practice experience.
