Technology Lead DevOps Engineer Type: Full-Time We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering initiatives across the enterprise. This hands-on leadership role will be responsible for designing and optimizing AWS-based solutions, advancing CI/CD practices, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and enabling secure, scalable, and resilient software delivery. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, security, and operations teams while mentoring DevOps practitioners and promoting a cloud-first, automation-driven culture. Lead the design and evolution of enterprise DevOps platforms, toolchains, and engineering standards. Architect, deploy, and support scalable AWS cloud solutions Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and automation frameworks. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automate deployments, and improve operational efficiency. Design and manage containerized environments using Docker and AWS container services. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions. Drive reliability, performance, security, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams. 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering. ~3+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineering capacity. ~ Experience designing and supporting large-scale AWS environments. ~ Proven experience building enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. ~ Experience working in Agile software development environments. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
