As one of Doe’s first engineers, you will ship provider-facing tools and supporting services. You will work across Next.js, APIs, Postgres, and backend services. The work spans primary care, dental, mental health, and other healthcare disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and ship features across Next.js, APIs, and Postgres
- Build workspaces for reviews, schedules, follow-ups, and agent controls
- Visit practices and translate observed work into product
- Establish code review, testing, and on-call engineering habits
- Protect patient data by default throughout product development
Requirements:
- Five or more years shipping production web software end to end
- Strong TypeScript and React skills
- Comfort with SQL and backend services
- Experience owning products from idea through launch
- Transparent writing and care for product users
