This Mainframe Analyst works across application analysis and the Software Development Life Cycle. The role gathers requirements, facilitates stakeholder discussions, maintains end-to-end process documentation, and supports testing strategies and scenarios. It also contributes to risk management, defect analysis, and deployment readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Develop and maintain end-to-end process documentation
- Support test strategies, scenarios, and test cases
- Analyze defects during testing and implementation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies throughout delivery

Requirements:

- Mainframe application development and analysis experience
- Experience creating business and technical process documentation
- Experience supporting testing and deployment activities
- Experience identifying and managing project risks
