We are more than 34,000 people, in over 30 countries, dedicated to improving quality of life. In response to our strategic growth plan, we are seeking a client facing Project Manager with deep, hands-on experience of Urban Renewal and Land Development projects within Toronto.
This role is suited for a technically strong professional who understands the full lifecycle of Land Development projects, from design through to approvals and construction. This is not a general civil role; This position is based in the Toronto or Markham office and operates in a hybrid model, including a combination of work-from-home, office, and project site presence, as required.
Guide projects from start to finish, including due diligence, conceptual design, detailed design and construction.
Provide technical direction, design review and detailed design across multiple simultaneous land development files, with a focus on Urban Renewal Land Development ProjectsLead and/or independently prepare Functional Servicing Reports in support of potential land development projects.
Supervise and mentor project engineers and technologists.
Undertake business development activities with new and existing clients in pursuit of recent projects.




Support the cross-selling of other practice areas.
Manage projects, including the control and management of the financial aspects of assigned projects.
Experience working on Land Development projects in the TorontoDirect experience with the design and approval process for projectsStrong knowledge of construction methodologies for land development projects.
Civil Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Diploma.

The salary range for this position is $106,000
- $159,000.
